In the event that a parent is going to be late, due to unforeseen circumstances, they must telephone Wendy at the earliest opportunity, giving an expected time of arrival.

If we have received no phone call after 10 minutes we will call the emergency contact numbers given. After 30 minutes if no contact has been able to be made then we will seek advice from Social Services.

Please note that if a parent is late then a fee of £5 per 15 minutes will incur.
